Group fitness classes: Circuit, Boot Camp, Cycle, Sculpt and Zumba
Exercise Philosophy/Personal Motivations:
My goal as an instructor and coordinator is to help improve the health and fitness of the members who participate in Group Fitness. I want them to have classes that are safe, fun, and will encourage and motivate them. Whatever fitness level they are at, I want to help them achieve their fitness goals. I also believe in working hard to accomplish your goals and I practice this in both my personal and professional life.
Education and Certifications
Certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training
Marathons and 5K Races.
Hobbies and Interests
In my spare time I love reading and taking my 2 Golden Retrievers, Stella and Gracie, to Stoney for walks and runs.
