Exercise Philosophy/Personal Motivations:
I believe that in order to achieve optimal fitness levels, we must work hard and smart. A fitness program must be functional, efficient, safe and challenging. We need to focus on consistency, not perfection. I am on a constant path to learn and teach my clients the best and most valuable information available today. I will do my best to help my clients achieve all their health and fitness goals. The bottom line is, I expect nothing less than 100% commitment, hard work, and a positive attitude. Everyone needs to stop making excuses and take responsibility for their health and actions.
