I believe exercise and healthful, mindful eating go hand in hand. Diet and exercise is the best way to increase longevity, inner happiness, and overall well-being. We truly are what we eat! I am personally motivated by family members that have suffered from preventable diseases and want to ensure I can be a positive role-model for those in my life.
