CYCLE:

This heart pumping class is like a party with pedals attached, you’ll work your body to the high energy beats to rock, hip hop, alternative, pop and techno as you climb, spring and run! **

X-PRESS CYCLE:

45 minutes of the same intensity cycle class!!

SPINERVAL:

Intense cycle class in combination with portions of weight training moves off the bike.

INSANITY CYCLE/AB BLASTER:

Cycle class kicked up a notch!!! Cycle interval training with strength training weaved in between bike work. Add a special insanity inspired work session and focus on proper core postures. Guaranteed to challenge your fitness level. Weights, tubing & fit balls may be used. Modifications always available Let’s go crazy!!!!

ZEN CYCLE:

Perfect for people who want it all, this spin and yoga combo session gets your heart pumping and limbers you up all in one session.
