Cardio Exercises, also called ‘Aerobic Exercises’ are exercises that pump up your Heart and Lungs. A Mix of strength training with Cardio exercises not only burns calories, but also helps you build muscle and help in sustaining the benefits of the work-out over a long term.

INTERVAL TRAINING:

An interval training class consisting of high-rep and low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts.

75 MIN FAT BLAST X-TREME:

Get your heart rate and metabolism pumped up with this well paced combination of cardio, resistance and athletic drills allowing for maximum calorie burn!

30/30:

Classes consist of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training and/or ab work. You will be surprised how fast and effective this workout can be!

TABATA BOOT CAMP:

Push yourself hard for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, until you complete 8 sets of each exercise. Sound easy? This is an intense class that will fly by. You will never get bored with this total body workout that is challenging and great for all levels of fitness!

FULLY FIT:

This is a full body workout, using free weights, bands, disc, balls, and natural body weight. You will be on the floor with mats, or sometimes using steps. The Fully Fit workout is great for ALL fitness levels. Please see instructor (Marlene) if you have any questions.

INSTRUCTORS CHOICE:

This (90 Minute) class is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get!! Guaranteed to get your cardio and strength on!

HI-NRG CARDIO KICKBOX:

A kick-butt class designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body promoting stamina and flexibility through real boxing and kickboxing moves.

RPM:

This class will guarantee to have your heart rate going, combining toning type upper & lower body elements with core movements. Can be adjusted & still be challenging to a wide range of fitness levels.

BOOT CAMP:

This class will train you using compound movements with various forms of resistance, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises. An intense workout for all fitness levels.

SCULPTING CIRCUIT:

Continue to move through this circuit combining upper and lower body strength moves while utilizing and building core strength.

BODY SHRED:

This class utilizes different training techniques and equipment to launch the body into the fat burning zone. Shred unwanted pounds and gain lean muscle. Keep the body quessing what’s coming next to avoid the tragic plateau!!

CARDIO CIRCUIT :

Fun and fast paced class that alternates between cardio and strength fitness stations. You’ll burn mega calories and never be bored!

BUTTS N GUTS:

This class will focus on all those muscles “BELOW THE BELT!! Be prepared to sweat as you tone and tighten your legs, booty and abs!! This class is for all levels!

CARDIO MIX:

Mix it up with a variety of cardio! From high intensity to low impact. This class is sure to get your heart in shape!!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:

This functional strength and core conditioning class will combine a mix of weight training each week that will incorporate athletic movements using body weight, resistance tubing, dumbbells and barbells, etc.

BARBELL BURN:

An interval class combining cardio and barbell weights. YOU work at your own level by adding plates of weights to meet your fitness needs. Feel the Burn!!
